pharmaceutical companies specializing in phytotherapeutics and now managed by a family of pharmacists:

Gehrlicher's range of services includes a complete, full-service offering, from purchasing the plant raw material, production of the active ingredient extract, galenic development and quality control to approval of the finished medicinal product. Extract variants, phytoproducts, and modern galenic technology are important guarantees for the high and consistent quality of your preparations.
Production for liquids and topicals
Production is carried out according to flexible extraction processes and the highest GMP quality standards.
After careful preparation and grinding of the plant material, the active ingredient is extracted using suitable solvents through processes such as maceration or percolation. The extract is then separated from the solid, filtered, concentrated, and further purified if necessary. This is followed by processing or bottling into the finished pharmaceutical product.
Throughout the entire process, in-process and final controls monitor all parameters before the products are released, packaged and stored in accordance with GMP following strict quality control.
Laboratory for Analysis and Quality Control
Qualitative and quantitative analysis plays a central role. Pharmaceutical plant extracts require complex analytical methods that require experience in natural substance analysis and require special validation procedures.
Production is continuously monitored, accompanied and properly documented by our in-house laboratory, from raw material inspection to final inspection.
Packaging for bulk goods and finished medicinal products
Harras Pharma GmbH and Gehrlicher GmbH supply liquids and topicals all over the world, both in bulk and as finished medicinal products.
Both companies have good international connections and many years of experience in sourcing raw materials (drug purchasing) and exporting abroad.
