TRAUMAPLANT® Pain Cream
For the treatment of acute injuries such as bruises, strains & sprains
Traumaplant® Pain Cream is a pharmacy-only, herbal medicinal product for the external treatment of blunt injuries. It is used for bruises, strains, and sprains (from sports and accidental injuries), as well as muscle and joint pain resulting from blunt injuries.

Depending on the size of the body part to be treated and the severity of the symptoms, the recommended dose is:
Children from 6 to under 12 years:
Up to 3 times daily approx. 2 – 5 g (corresponds to a 6 to 15 cm strip of ointment)
Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults:
2 to 4 times daily approx. 3 – 8 g (corresponds to a 9 – 24 cm strip of ointment)
Active ingredient: Preparation of fresh Symphytum × uplandicum herb [comfrey preparation]
10 g of cream contains: 1 g preparation of fresh Symphytum × uplandicum herb (2–3 : 1) [comfrey preparation] consisting of:
0.4 g of pressed juice from fresh Symphytum × uplandicum herb (3–8 : 1) and 0.6 g of extract from the press residue of fresh Symphytum × uplandicum herb (3–10 : 1); extraction solvent: ethanol 30% (v/v).
The other ingredients are:
Macrogol 20-glycerol monostearate, glycerol mono/di (palmitate, stearate), octyldodecanol, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, dimethicone 100, rosemary oil, all-rac-α-tocopherol acetate, citric acid, purified water, preservatives: sorbic acid, hydroxyethyl salicylate.
Active ingredient: Comfrey preparation (preparation from fresh Symphytum x uplandicum herb).
Areas of application:
Traumaplant® Pain Cream is used for bruises and sprains (sports and accident injuries), as well as muscle and joint pain resulting from blunt injuries. Warnings: Contains sorbic acid, propylene glycol, and the fragrance rosemary oil (contains limonene).
